I am a full-stack engineer who became a founder — not a marketer playing one. Before Lare Labs, I worked as a software engineer and technical lead. I know how to ship front-end, back-end, tests, and deployments because I was trained to — not because it sounds good on a landing page.
Today I run Lare Labs from a bootstrapped setup. Refinery is the public product on Apify. Honcho, Hermes, and Cursor are internal — how we ship, not something we sell. Paid email work (pricing).
I will not invent clients or revenue we do not have. I will show credentials, portfolio, and process. We are still figuring out the best customer lane with data — not guessing “coffee shops” or any other vertical from vibes.
