Statement scan
A browser-local CSV/PDF scan for fee, refund, and payout drift — plus QuickBooks mapping hints from real cleanup work. Your file stays on your device.
What it is
Drop one Stripe Balance, PayPal Activity, or bank statement export. We parse rows in your browser and flag fee creep, refund pressure, and payout totals that don’t match activity nets.
How to use
- Export a CSV from Stripe Balance or PayPal Activity (one period).
- Drop the file here — or start with the known-good sample to prove the math.
- Read the variance score and findings; use QBO hints as a mapping checklist.
What it is not
- Not a QuickBooks login or sync
- Not full multi-month reconciliation
- Not for scanned/image PDFs (text PDFs or CSV only)
- Heuristics on one file — not a substitute for your books
How we know it’s correct
Checks are deterministic math on parsed rows (gross − fees = net on activity; payout totals vs activity nets). Start with the labeled known-good sample — you should see “Tight processor trail” / no critical breakage.
Drop a CSV or PDF statement here
Bank, Stripe, or PayPal — parsed in your browser, nothing uploaded to our servers. One statement per file. Text PDFs work; scanned images do not.
